1 Acceptance of Terms

5 Bonus and Promotions Policy

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bagh3 platform. Any player found to have engaged in any of the behaviours listed below will be subject to immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds held in the account, with or without prior warning:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, impersonating another individual, or engaging in any form of fraudulent activity against bagh3 or other players.
• Cheating and exploitation: Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the bagh3 platform or any game; using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to play games or place bets; engaging in any form of collusion with other players.
• Money laundering: Using bagh3 to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are derived from illegal activity, or using the platform as a mechanism to conceal the origin of funds.
• Underage gambling: Registering or attempting to register an account if you are under 18 years of age, or allowing an individual under 18 to access your account.
• Multi-accounting: Operating more than one bagh3 account, or assisting another individual to create a duplicate account.
• Abusive conduct: Using threatening, abusive, or harassing language toward bagh3 staff or other players via any communication channel, including but not limited to support chat, email, or social media directed at bagh3 representatives.
• Unauthorised commercial activity: Promoting, advertising, or operating any commercial enterprise through your bagh3 account, including affiliate marketing conducted in breach of bagh3's official affiliate programme terms.

Suspicious activity triggers automated flags that are reviewed by our compliance team. We cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities in Bangladesh and internationally where required by applicable law.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

bagh3 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• The account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes
• Verification documents provided are forged, incomplete, or unsatisfactory

• Continued account operation poses a risk to bagh3, other players, or third parties

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, funds held in the account wallet will be frozen for the duration of the investigation. bagh3 will endeavour to complete investigations within 30 days and will communicate the outcome to the player via their registered email address. Where the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the account will be reinstated and any frozen funds released without delay.

8 Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Bangladeshi law.
